PLEASE READ SERVICE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING A TRIP: INSHORE TRIPS: 4hr- 6 pax inshore bass / bluefish - $700.00 8hr - 6 pax inshore bass / bluefish - $950.00 10hr - 6pax Block Island - $1100.00 TUNA TRIPS: Full Day - 6 pax - $1600.00 *late June/ October* BOTTOM FISHING TRIPS: Boat limits - 6 pax - $800.00 CANYON TRIPS: Full day - 6 Pax $3800.00 Captain Ian Leitao (USCG Certified), a proud Rhode Island native, has always had a deep-rooted love for the water. Growing up, he spent his summers on Cape Cod and the upper Narragansett Bay on his family's boat, where his passion for the ocean began. This passion only continued to flourish throughout his life. At the age of 17, Ian joined the armed forces, where he found a new calling in life. From 2006 to 2014, he dedicated himself to training and deploying to Afghanistan multiple times, though unfortunately, fishing was not an option there. After retiring from the service in 2019, with a wealth of accomplishments and knowledge, Ian returned home to Rhode Island and settled in Newport. Whether he's fishing, surfing, or simply enjoying the beach, the water has always been a source of therapy for him. As the founder of Ranger Charters, Ian aims to provide that same experience to his customers. The job is different, but the mission is the same. From the front lines to tight lines, Ranger Charters RI is about service. We pride ourselves on a safe, fun, and an educational hands-on experience. *Trips leave depending on tides, weather (wind), so plan to be flexible tides can be predicted weather can't. Pick up locations vary.*
